Welcome to YouXL, a site for young people offering guidance and advice in education, careers and life in general, all the while keeping it local to the Birmingham area. Our aim is to keep you on track to becoming a well rounded adult; finding the right education route for you, getting that successful career, and helping you to sort out all of life’s hiccups along the way.

YouXL is a site owned and run by the not-for-profit charity BXL. As an education business partnership we have a wealth of experience working with young people, local businesses and schools. We can offer young people work experience opportunities with the various links we have developed with employers. We also specialise in preparing you for the world of work through our tailored programmes delivered to schools all over the Birmingham area.
