YouXL for Employers is for employers who want to shape tomorrow's workforce.
YouXL for Employers gives you an opportunity to help young people to develop their employability skills so they can become the type of employees that you will need in the future.
You’ve probably noticed that there are four types of user on YouXL – employers, educators, parents and young people, and we’re bringing you all together to help to build a better future.
Your input into this website is crucial and we encourage you to participate in whatever way suits you best. You could just share your own experiences about the journey you took from school into your current job, or if you wanted to get more involved, you could volunteer to spend some time with young people in one of the many programmes that we offer to them. Your input into these programmes brings them to life and can have a significant impact on young people's hopes, dreams and aspirations.
BE Connected, our not-for-profit programme is the best way for you to get involved. There are six levels of involvement that you can have, so there really is something for everybody.
